Great place to stay!

Liked: great place to stay! wonderful staff!

We really enjoyed the lounge...

Liked: The staff is wonderful, and accommodating. The room was very clean and well appointed.
Disliked: Ok, it is difficult to only have stairs to carry luggage up and down, an elevator would be nice, but not sure if it could be done in the space allotted. When attempting to take a bath, we were on the lower level, the spigot spewed dark brown silty water, however the shower didn't, so took a shower instead. I'm not sure we would stay in the lower level again, it is more like a cave, with no outside windows, but that's a personal preference.

Liked: I had a first floor room with a view of the Sagamon River. They had a special event in the lobby and they were very quiet. They staff were great.

A very lovely relaxing and...

Liked: The decor was immediately interesting and the mood welcoming. There was an aire of warmth and pleasant hospitality. Our room we booked online wasn't the one we were assigned and they immediately upgraded us, which turned out lovely. The view from the suite was gorgeous, I think we saw an owl on the tree right out the window. There's a variety of relaxing activities to do within the lodge as well, from slots to books to games. All around a lovely time.
Disliked: Unfortunately the breakfast was very limited. The pastries were stale and there wasn't a lot of options. The coffee was good ??

Liked: Convenient to area we were visiting. The staff very friendly, accommodating, genuine. The food and the atmosphere.
Disliked: There is no elevator for the lower rooms to get to through the lobby.
