Very expensive and not comfortable

Liked: n/a
Disliked: No hangers, no closet. strong smell probably from cleaning products used, not good for people with allergies to smells. Left door open to ventilate

This is a clean, friendly,...

Liked: Staff is very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, the property was convenient.
Disliked: The price we paid was too expensive, but we understand as it was graduation weekend at UMass Amherst.

Liked: When checking in very friendly and allowed check in early to allow us to go and do things with no time constraint
Disliked: King size bed and only 3 pillows that were very thin.
