This is a clean, friendly,...

Liked: Staff is very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, the property was convenient.
Disliked: The price we paid was too expensive, but we understand as it was graduation weekend at UMass Amherst.

Liked: When checking in very friendly and allowed check in early to allow us to go and do things with no time constraint

Liked: Front desk staff.The rooms were fine, and the only negative comment is that the beds were not very comfortable. It was clean and neat. Good price.
Disliked: , the beds were not very comfortable.
