Liked: The location was perfect, its located in the middle of everything. I loved having a balcony overlooking the river.

Superb

Liked: It was close to everything.
Disliked: It was extremely filthy. The mattress did not have a cover on it and after many complaints to the front desk for several days, nothing was done to correct the issues, until the last day of our stay.

Liked: Location to everything is spot on
Disliked: The walls are thin you can hear everything in neighboring rooms, house keeping stars vacuuming pretty early

Liked: Happy hour, free pralines in lobby
Disliked: Bed was hard as a rock, pillows were old and had no fluff to them. Fitted sheet on bed stretched out and came off mattress every day. Housekeeping saw this but did not change sheet until asked. Room door would stick to floor and not close automatically.

Liked: Beautiful historic building.
Disliked: There is no convenient access to River Street from the hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: The walk from the room to the Georgia Queen was even 2 minutes top!
