Poor management and disappointing experience

Disliked: We did not get to check in on time, the cleaning was running late. We also had a very unpleasant experience with this property management company. The pictures did not represent the place at all, and nowhere did it say that this would not be the exact unit so I find that really deceiving. I brought it to the attention of the management as well as our frustration and they just came with poor excuses and corporate bs.
