We loved this hotel and...

Liked: Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and friendly as heck, which is so nice. Location is convenient to the Skytrain to get anywhere needed and also one of the quieter spots I’ve found for a Vancouver hotel as long as you don’t mind the plane traffic above which we actually loved

Liked: Convenient to getting around, nice rooms, beautiful place.
Disliked: Ramsey's steak house was too expensive. The buffet did not have many hours and closed earlier than posted hours. Jacuzzi did not have good pressure.

we went for a birthday...

Liked: the location of this hotel was good just next to transit station, view looking out to the water was pleasant, bed was nice as we were upgrade to a suite
Disliked: the foods available in the hotel was minimal, we went to try the steak house which was excellent thats all

It was absolutely AWESOME!!!!

Liked: The resort was beautiful and clean. The staff were all friendly. I can't wait to return.
Disliked: I loved everything about this property.
