Customer service by front desk...
Liked: Location was convenient.Valet parking was convenient.
Disliked: Slow checkin.Only one elevator working.Room service app would not accept credit cards. Front desk was no help in securing food, despite multiple requests.

Hotel was good value for...
Liked: Although the hotel is not in the main tourist and shopping area it is adjacent to the Canada line Skytrain, just a short 3$ ride to Waterfront. When I arrived there was a mixup with my booking but the night staff sorted it out efficiently for me. The room was clean, the bed linen spotless and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and ample clean linen, hot water and basic toiletries provided. Only tried room service once but it was delivered at time requested and was well cooked. The hotel being adjacent to the Canada Line skytrain meant just a 2$ ride direct to the airport. Casino is adjacent to the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

If gambling or an airport...
Disliked: The Pool is ICE Cold, No microwaves in room or available warm a baby bottle, lacks basic needs or you can have them for an added fee. Sorry in Vegas or any other casino property customers not leaving the grounds is a must. Here to warm a baby bottle they wanted 95 dollars for a single night of use. So to warm a single bottle and they didn't even have one available at the employee lounge or front desk for single use. We had to go to one of the eateries to ask them if they could do it for us. The quality of the food at the buffet was greatly to be desired for what it costs.

Watch out for the unlit...
Liked: Location was prime. It’s right off the sky train , down an elevator and on to the inside walkway across to the Hotel . Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Checking in was about 20 mins. It was late but you think there would be another person to help. No Concierge. Place is now out dated, run down looking. One elevator working, inside door lock ripped off, bathroom fan didn’t work. Make sure to turn on the lights when entering as there are unlit stairs as I found out by almost putting my head through the entertainment stand after tumbling down them. And that 3% surcharge for using a credit card

Passable
Disliked: The front desk was very unprofessional. When we were checking in, the front desk phone kept ringing and no one answered. After we checked in and needed slippers, we called for a long time and no one answered. I'm not surprised at all.Thermo was locked at 22 degrees at night and I caught a cold.
