Disliked: Our stay was cancelled an hour before check in. It was communicated via text even though we stopped there an hour before check in. It was a very big inconvenience.

Disaster nightmare

Liked: Location the whole experience from checking in to staying there if I knew how to get my money back I would of left we will never stay again and I'm looking into reporting them too.
Disliked: Checking the owers our strung out on drugs one of the owers had puke all down the side of her shirt, she said they are full she gave my room away her kid had to tell her what she did the had 1 left and no bath towels or asswipe and TV didn't work and they had 2 smashed bugs on the wall they never washed off we were on the 2nd level and the walk way to the rooms is so rotted that I thought we were going to fall through. They were turning people away because they are being over book. They had trash build up along side of the building. So I will be reporting them

Disliked: Everything. We were not able to check in early which was understandable and it was also family owned and the mom or whomever she was seemed to be on drugs or something in my opinion. Walked in room had a musty smell. No bath towels. No toilet paper we had to wait about an hour before we could even use the toilet. Bathroom sink had someone's hairs all over like it never been cleaned. Hard poop still stuck in toilet bowl. Beds were hard and could barely sleep on them but you get what you pay for in my opinion. Never again will we stay be aware of this place. Pay the extra money and get a better motel.

Liked: The location was great, right off the strip. Don't have to drive anywhere, just walk. Plenty of things to do in a small area.The price was the only thing I can say was ok about the hotel...got a deal $50 a night, for 2 nights...but we paid for it in a different way...lack of cleanliness.
Disliked: Parking spots are packed in like sardines. When we got to our room, I had to go ask to use their broom because there was debris ALL over the floor. We also had to ask for new sheets because the ones on the bed had questionable stains on them. Also, make sure you ask for towels, washcloths, and hand towel when you arrive because we asked twice and never got ANY. Nobody will answer the door after 9pm...so I wonder what would happen in a case of emergency. Overall, my husband had to talk me into staying because they have a NO refund policy (for a reason). You get what you pay for. It is probably hard for them to make any money with the bigger hotels in area so they have to skimp where they can. I would not recommend unless you can deal with an old, dirty interior. Do NOT bring kids there!
