Liked: Very small room for 2 people could not swing a cat, must be bigger for 2 people otherwise very good just very very small
Disliked: Rooms extremely small could not get around with 2 suitcases otherwise very good service

A nice hotel fairly well...

Liked: The location is walking distance from the Spanish Steps, and it is one block from a Metro subway station. The room rate was reasonable for the location in Central Rome. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast room staff were very attentive. They have a beautiful bar, with a very proficient bartender.The air conditioning works very well, but you need to notify the front desk if you wish it to be set below 22° C.I liked that they have sanitation stations beside each elevator.
Disliked: To reach a second floor room, you need to use two different elevators located in different parts of the floor. This was quite confusing, even after a few days, and using the stairs gets you even more lost! Better signage would help.The room was quite small.

Liked: Breakfast was good as was the location. Room was dated, a bit small, not much room for luggage. However it was reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms need upgrading

Liked: Most depressing hotel I’ve ever stayed in ! Room was too small and felt depressed !!!!!

An excellent hotel with great...

Liked: This hotel is well situated for travel to all the main sights in Rome. It is close to a metro but is also within walking distance of many central sights.It is comfortable & clean with excellent customer service. The staff are very helpful with information about sightseeing & restaurants. One member of staff, in particular (I was later told his name was Georgio) was extremely kind & patient with travel advice.We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Great yellow marble bathroom & nice fluffy dressing gowns.
Disliked: Nothing really! For perfection I'd like a bigger fridge & a kettle!!

Liked: Location was ideal. Breakfast was very good and was served in a nice large room. The staff was very helpful with various questions and requests, one being a missing piece of luggage which they helped with.

Liked: Very comfortable hotel with a luxurious lounge and bar. A great place to meet with friends.Easy walking distance to the National Art Gallery. Etruscan Museum, restaurants and the Via Del Corso shopping precinct.
Disliked: The lift could be bigger.
