Liked: The location of the place
Disliked: It needs to be updated whoever owns it need to check on it more. Bathroom wallpaper need to be updated walls need to refresh. New carpet. Update all the furniture one was broken. Better curtains needed in rooms definitely better tvs need that works. Big as the living room was they had a small tv! I feels much as customers pay the owners should can better care of the property to get it fresh and updated!

Worst place Ive experienced in 20 plus years of visiting Myrtle Beach
Liked: There was nothing positive about this property.
Disliked: The condo smelled like marijuana and cigarettes including all the bedding. There were palmetto bugs/cockroaches crawling across the counter while we were eating dinner and crawling on the floor. The couch was dirty and stained. The extra blankets were dirty and stained.Just outside the front door of the condo were cigarette burn holes all over the carpeting. Upon arrival, the door code did not work and required a phone call to emergency number to reset it.The following morning the morning the code stopped working again.
