Good stay. Hope to visit...
Liked: The central location of the hotel is a distinct advantage - the train station, the bus station, the town centre are all a few minutes away. One could well say that the hotel is in the town centre. The cafes, bars, shops, market are close by. The hotel is close enough for one to do the Ness Walk daily as an evening post-dinner stroll. The staff members are very helpful. In particular, I would mention Mrunmaee Hiremath who ensured that our enquiries were patiently answered and our requests were taken care of.
Disliked: I wish I had planned a longer stay in Inverness. The absence of toiletries (toothbrush/ toothpaste) in the room during my second (one night only) stay at the hotel was disappointing - perhaps someone in house keeping was absent minded.

Good stay. Hope to visit...
Liked: The hotel was close to the train and bus stations and in the town centre. Eateries were close by as were some of the sights within town. The access for the Ness Walk was a short distance away. The staff were helpful, particularly, Mrunmaee Hiremath went out of her and took care to ensure that our enquiries/ requests were properly responded to and/ or taken care off.
Disliked: The non-availability of toiletries in the bathroom on our second stay was disappointing. Room service was slow and it made sense, therefore, to step out for a meal.
