Great

Liked: Great location near the train station and the River Ness. It was mostly windy and cold during our visit and the hotel and our rooms were welcoming retreat. we would stay again.

Liked: Friendly staff, lovely room and delicious breakfast. Not much of a view from room window but it is in the centre of town so got to be expected.
Disliked: Lack of a view from rooms. Can't be helped as very central hotel.

A very comfortable and enjoyable...

Liked: The staff were exceptional- welcoming, efficient and very friendly. The location could not have been better.
Disliked: The lack of coat hooks in a wet weather part of the country. Two on the back of the door would have been good.
