Very good

Liked: Meeting the night porter Gianni was the highlight of my stay there. A total gentleman. Nice hotel and great location.

Stay was pleasant, no complaints.

Liked: Customer service was great. Check in and check out was smooth.Parking was always available. It’s within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The property was very dated. Needs to be refreshed. Elevators were slow

Liked: The location was great and it was great that our room was ready a little early for check in.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have seen an employee out front when the emergency alarms went off and we had to exit the building. Since we didn't know how long it would be, we just decided to hang out in town.

Disliked: The check in staff member said we would get a call for early check in when room was ready. Call was not made to us at all, so NO early check in. We were then late getting to wedding event. Room was not clean, bathroom not clean, sheets on bed did not reach the end of the bed (short sheeted). Room window was a over busy street, very loud. Had to have window open due to no AC. Parking garage was good to have, but very small, tight spaces, our door was dented by someone.
