A total scam.

Liked: This was hands down the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. When we checked in, the radiator in the room was broken and multiple wires were exposed with burn marks on the walls around the exposed valves. We let them know as soon as we checked in but they refused to move our room and said they would send an engineer. We could not turn down the heat the first night and couldn’t even open a window because those opened right onto a first floor hot tub area that was super loud and highly visible. We got back from skiing the next day — over 24 hours later and they had never sent someone to fix it. The radiator was blazing and the wires were still all exposed. We went to the front desk AGAIN and asked for a new room, a fix, a refund, anything and the woman at the front desk literally laughed at us. We ended up leaving and getting another hotel for the second night because we felt unsafe in the room. We’ve been trying to get a refund for the second night and the hotel refuses to answer emails or calls regarding it. This place is a scam do not stay here.
Disliked: Literally everything. Hotel is not maintained, overpriced, super dated interior, unsafe wiring, incompetent staff. The only good thing about the hotel is location.

Great location, kind staff, clean...

Liked: Great location, kind staff (especially Sharon!), clean rooms with lots of amenities, great view of charming downtown Breck, very comfy bed
Disliked: I could hear others walking by in the hall when I was in my room with the door closed. The walls seemed quite soundproof, it was just the front door that seemed to pass sound through. As soon as I was sleeping this didn’t matter though.

Nice stay but will consider...

Liked: Location. Ski storage. Hot tub.
Disliked: It smelled like urine in the hallway of our place. Was not pleased at all. We were too close to the hot tub so it was noisy.
