Disappointed, not worth what paid

Liked: Located near where we needed to be
Disliked: The heater/AC was not enclosed, allowing for fumes to come into the room, the room reeked of Marijuana, the floor had hair all over it and was dirty, the bathtub was dirty, there was dog poop right in front of our door (photos taken). The dump/garbage truck picked up the debris container at 5:30am, which was rt in front of our room and awoke us.

Liked: The manager was helpful.
Disliked: It was dirty (trash on the floor and stained furniture) and there were noisy (barking and howling) dogs. It did not feel safe-the parking lot was mostly empty while all other hotels that we passed had full parking lots. There were no outside lights and the parking lot was dark.

Probably won’t be coming back

Disliked: The property is in the middle of a renovation. Our room did not have a bathroom door. The attendant should have know which rooms were suitable for guests. When I brought this to her attention, she gave me a key to a different room. The key didn’t work. We settled with the original room. Luckily, we’ve been married for 30 years, so privacy isn’t a big issue. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until the construction is completed.The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room had a faint odor of smoke.At least the room appeared to be clean.

Disappointing and overpriced.

Liked: The front desk personnel was friendly and efficient, but wasn’t at the property when we arrived. There was a number to call and he was there within 5 minutes. He apologized that we had to wait.
Disliked: It was a construction site. Loud banging above our room until nearly 11pm. The tile saw was being used before 8am and another guest shouted at the workers to stop. The guests in the room next to us were behaving oddly, staring at my son and I when we were unpacking our car. Clearly, they are refurbishing rooms and although the room we stayed in had new floors (laminate and tile), the bath was disgusting and even had a razor cap in the drain! The toilet looked new, but the seat was loose. The towels were small and stained. The wall behind the beds had random holes in it. The fridge looked clean, but it had a spider web in it.

Would not recommend

Liked: It was in a good location and staff was easy to work with.
Disliked: It was absolutely filthy. Not just dirt, filth. Looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. My non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke. There was grime on every inch. Also, had music blaring all night, doors slamming, cars honking, and people screaming all hours of the night. It would only let me upload 4 photos, there are many more of the filth that were taken.

I think this could be...

Liked: The room was clean, had a coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave. We were in a room situated under a massive remodel with a twenty foot dumpster nearby with demolition above us and continual throwing of glass , debris and who knows what being thrown , I was worried about our car not far from the dumpster site.
Disliked: My credit card was charged twice, I was locked out, I had no water in the most important morning.
