River Inn Of Harbor Town

Great hotel to spend time in. Close to downtown Memphis and Beale Street. Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hotel!

Liked: Price of room; view of Mississippi River; dining options (fine dining, Paulette's, sports bar/casual, Tugg's); very friendly atmosphere; overall a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. Great spot to stay in Memphis!

Lovely, quiet stay with great...

Liked: Classic, timeless atmosphere. Very quiet rooms with comfortable bed. Room is large. Neland at the front desk was extremely helpful with directions and the best ways to see certain attractions around town. Loved the parking situation.
Disliked: More electrical outlets would be helpful.

Disliked: There was no hot water at the property. They did not let me know that until AFTER I checked in. If I had been notified I would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else. Very shady practice in my opinion! There was no apology or offer of a discount upon check out. So I paid $300 (including tax) for a place to sleep and a cold shower!!

Liked: Location, comfortable. We enjoyed a good dinner at Paulette and drinks at the rooftop bar.
Disliked: The experience with the false fire alarm that kept us up most of the night.
