Nice place, great location.

Liked: Good location, nice clean room, nice desk people, comfortable bed.
Disliked: One side of the room was very dark, no lighting at all. Breakfast was just ok. No hot eggs, just hard boiled eggs, no bacon or sausage.

Liked: It was right on the river, and close to all the shopping. Staff was amazing!

Great location and comfortable room,...

Liked: It’s location was great! Right off the river and in walking distance of just about everything. The room was also very nice and comfortable and room service was great.
Disliked: There was no staff at the front desk most mornings and when entering the hotel the staff person wasn’t welcoming especially when hearing we were there for our 25th anniversary. With that we were unable to use the pool our entire 4 day stay, there were kids in it day and night and jumping in and not being supervised. As well as being in the hot tub, the adults that were in the room would have there alcoholic beverages and not be attentive to their children. There should be a time allotted for just adults to have the pool. The game room had broken games and the shuffle board also is in need of grave repair. The breakfast was all carbs and no protein with little to no dietary allergy choices.
