Liked: Excellent customer service and clean. The price was stellar for staying downtown. Appreciated the free luggage check the following day so we could explore downtown.

At the time of our arrival, the Memorial Day parade was being staged in the vicinity of the hotel. It would seem a courtesy e-mail or text could have been sent to suggest alternate routes or advise of street closing/opening. It would seem that all of the information required is at your fingertips.

Liked: Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Location was convenient for any plans - blocks away from anything you could want to do.
Disliked: Containers for ice were difficult to acquire. Perhaps placing one per room and extras at the ice station would work better.

I came into town for a concert and was pleased with the hotel overall.

Disliked: The room was very small - almost as if one room was cut in thirds.

Liked: The location, the room size and the River view. Will definitely book again on my next trip. Bed was comfortable. Polite staff.
Disliked: There is a laundry facility for guests which was really nice to have but it’s always in use by hotel stall for beddings curtains wash cloths rags and blankets. Really hope the facility is indeed for guest use.

Liked: The staff was fantastic in every way. It's hard to imagine a better location, and my room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed.
Disliked: The room was pretty small, but I didn't need more space.

Liked: Great location! My room was wonderful for just myself and based on the floor I was on it had exceptional views of the river!
Disliked: The only thing I didn't enjoy was the time it took for the elevator to get to and from the floor I was on (35th). But that is just trying to find something wrong in a great hotel because it was the 35th floor after all!
