Bad

Liked: Location was near restaurants and stores.
Disliked: Ants in my room, Jessica, the staff at the facility was condescending. I asked to cancel my room to go somewhere else because of the ant infestation and they never got back to me but went in my room to spray a lethal amount of bug spray that made my allergies and asthma flared and they sprayed the spray all over our belonging. I had to open the windows on a 90+ day to try and air the room out but didnt help as they also didn't have a vent in the bathroom. Asked to get a refund again to only find out everywhere else was booked at that time and I felt that was intentional except their sister site that has reviews on drug use at the sites etc. Ended up packing up and going back home and having to drive back the next day. Also the "sofa bed" is an ikea futon which had no bedding.

Superb

It's like a mini apartment

Liked: The staff was superb! Great customer service! It was a very hot weekend, but our room (and the facility) was very comfortable and cool. Breakfast was good. It was the perfect place for us to stay at!
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was during our first night, the smoke detector randomly sounded at 5:14am and then again an hour later. It beeped randomly during the day, and we alerted staff; they replaced the battery, and it was fine the rest of the weekend.

A great place to visit

Liked: The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. Very clean hotel. Housekeeping personal were very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place RiverHills Hotel. Close to the mall and restaurants.
Disliked: Other guests that let their children run up and down the halls at 10pm. I told them to stop because people are sleeping, the parents were right there. Bummed that the pool wasn't opened.

Disliked: Staff said never took my call about early check in. Dirty, smelled, broken door latch, toilet seat & dirty frig. Air vent on wall covered in dust.

was no happy with not...

Liked: breakfast was very good. beds slept well. room had frig, stove and etc. well furnished.
Disliked: There was gum stuck in chair where top meets bottom, room was cold when arrived so turned cool fan from on to auto; but during the night the fan started with a boom each time so turned back to on, but had to listen to it all night; a fan was right outside room door could of tripped on it if not watching carefully; during night loud noises like ice falling on wall and dog foot patters; security lock on door was broke couldn't use. ice maker didn't make ice from before night till next morn.; had gotten a little baggy from desk; message light was always flashing and no messages for us.
