Decent place, nice staff
Liked: Located in heart of pigeon forge so could walk to a lot of places
Disliked: Halls were hot and noises from outside easily came into room

Disliked: The parking ran out of spaces to park and with. Work truck with tools on it didn’t like pulling away from area to have a place to pull .

Liked: The location is good!
Disliked: House keeper did not clean well and left us poop in the toilet, beyond NASTY! The Manager did not even Apologize to us. We had stayed there numerous times before. Disappointed!

Liked: The hotel was in a good location, whether you wanted to lounge around or shop it was within walking or riding distant.The breakfast area needed to have fruit and maybe different items a day to choose from. bacon, waffles, pancakes. different flavor milk.
Disliked: We have stayed there a few years ago and no problem, but this time air condition made noise, pool handicap lift was out of order, not that I needed to use it but if I did I would have been unable to. All the ice machines was not working.

Liked: The staff there are so nice and accommodating. Quiet place also. We stay here every 6 weeks or so when we come down to see our grandson. Perfect place! We will continue to stay here for our future trips as we have.
Disliked: Beds could be a little more comfy.
