Disliked: Way overpriced.Very dated.Very scruffy room.Not spotless.At £160 per night and breakfast a further £18, very poor value.

Just a quick overnight stay...

Liked: Good access to the Pavillion where we were seeing a concert. Room was clean and tidy and a great size.

Liked: Location and staff really friendly and helpful, food good value for money.
Disliked: Room 305 twin was small, strange layout with open plan shower!!..weird if your not a couple and like privacy. Toilet literally on the other side of the wall next to the bed. The room was dated and a bit tatty, mattresses had seen better days. It was clean though. Don't think it was worth anywhere near the £155 (not including breakfast) we were charged. Have stayed in much better for much less. They had obviously bumped prices up because of the show at the open air theatre. If price reflected quality this room is definitely a £70 low budget room. At the minute it's wrapped in scaffolding too so not sure if you stayed during the week if you might get woken by workers walking or working by your windows!! Worth taking note.

Liked: Everything was lovely, staff very friendly. Worth the money and very clean.

Liked: Great value for money. Staff were friendly and nice to have a bar on site. Can't fault it for the price. Very close to the beach and town centre so good location. I'd definitely come again.
Disliked: Bathroom was small but this is only a minor gripe. For the price I paid it was better than expected.
