Very comfortable and relaxing

Liked: Location was great. Very quiet at night. Spacious and well appointed room. Shower was fantastic. Food was very good and really good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful

Disliked: Sometimes we heard noises from guests on higher floorsWe do not mind walking, so walked back and forth to town every day. For those without a car, and less willing to walk that much might be bit far from old town.

Liked: Very clean, dog friendly, the breakfast is amazing The rooms are comfortable and it’s calm I love the area
Disliked: No Food or drinks after 23:00, there could be a room Service or maybe a place where you can get water or some snacks at least, that would be amazing for the future

Superb

Great for a family holiday

Liked: Rooms were excellent, spa and leisure facilities were also very good and high standard. Nice walk into town centre, approx 20 mins. Very close to the lake.
Disliked: Bar are wasn't great. Felt like an extension of the lobby / reception area.

Worth the splurge

Liked: It is on the spendier side, but it really doesn't disappoint. This was a quick post-TMB trip, and the splurge on this property was very much welcome. The room was large and very nicely appointed. The pool/sauna area was great too, I needed a little recovery after hiking and it did the trick.
Disliked: I think they were pumping some scents through the hotel, and they came across a little strong. Not a bad scent, just too much of it.
