Liked: Breakfast was amazing !The bed and pillows are comfortable, although the mattress is a tad hard for my liking.The room had a nice outlook over some beautiful houses.Nicely situated on the lake.The restaurant is a nice place to have drinks and dinner too. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The spa facilities could be better. There are two saunas, one steam room, a rooftop pool and a tiny underequipped gym.No whirlpool!!! Which we dearly missed and would make us look for a different place next time.The massage that cost 99Euro was ok, but nothing special and we felt that it was weird that there's an option to tip the masseuse! Do they not get paid enough by this 5 star establishment??

Quiet and beautiful location

Liked: Quiet and stylish. Staff quite supportive

Hotel was modern and wonderfully...

Liked: The deluxe room which we stayed in overlooks the river. It was quiet and peaceful and large room. Breakfast was good and the staff serving at the breakfast area was very efficient, polite and smiling.
Disliked: It was further from the Old Quarter although it is walkable to the Old Quarter. As the property is in a residential area, there are not many restaurants around the vicinity and have to walk to them. No supermarkets or shops near the hotel Hotel charges Euros 23 for the parking outside near the hotel and for its underground parking. There are a few free parking lots along which we were fortunate to get.
