Lovely little hotel.
Liked: Loved the decor throughout the hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Gorgeous cocktails in the bar.
Disliked: Could have done with a full length mirror in the bedroom. A privacy screen on the bathroom door would be good as you could be seen sitting on the toilet from the bed.

Thank you for a great...
Liked: The whole experience from start to end was amazing. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and attentive. I would highly recommend this place. It was absolutely spotless. I would use the the word immaculate. If anything the price of the actual hotel is a bit higher than others in the local area but you get what you pay for. Once again the staff are so lovely and friendly
Disliked: For me which is a preference they don’t do any local draught beers or lagers. It’s more a taste thing. Can’t please everyone all the time.

An otherwise excellent stay was...
Liked: The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food at dinner and breakfast was also excellent.
Disliked: There was no hotel car park, although, in fairness, free parking was available just across the road at the local leisure centre. Our room (no. 4) was 'internal' i.e. neither at the front, rear or side of the hotel: on entry, the window had been left open, and cooking smells from below had permeated into the room which we found somewhat unpleasant.Additionally, the door to the en suite was 'etched' glass so you could see right in when someone was using it: not something that my wife or I had ever previously encountered in a UK hotel.
