One person one bed. Two? Get 2 beds so you have a place for your luggage and whatnot.
Liked: Clean and the breakfast buffet was great and was treated promptly and professionally.
Disliked: Nothing.

Simple and easy with breakfast...
Liked: The location is great. The property is clean and provides breakfast with the resort fee. This is good for people wanting something before going out. Despite it being busy we had no issues with getting tables or elevators even in busy times. There were some staff who were excellent. Bruno and Jennifer who checked us in were great. The room was basic but clean and there was enough space for five in the family double for short stays. Check in and check out were easy.
Disliked: There were a few things. Breakfast was good but variety poor. There was generally too many people crowded in and tables too tightly packed as at sometimes you couldn’t even push a seat back when seated. Shower in the room is an issue. Glass screen with a family of older teens. Totally not good for family rooms for anyone to see that. The hotel had some issues with staff. This may be cultural in a tipping society but I had a very rude customer service staff member have total attitude when I asked to collect packages delivered for me. This person started saying they were delivered somewhere else and then proceeded to say it wasn’t her problem until my son realised the package was right near the desk. This person was totally different when I tipped her for the next package. When asking for a late checkout around 2200 which is advertised I had a yes until a very tall overnight more senior manager with a beard came over and then denied the request that I was told was okay. Stated no late checkout available at all. Anywhere. I definitely got the vibe that if I tipped things may have been different. Interestingly, the next morning when staff changed over I asked another staff member Yanet and she helped me no problems sorting the late checkout. I tipped her after she actually helped me. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The majority of interactions were positive. The one thing I’d say is prepare to tip but for the staff I’d say earn the tip first don’t expect it.
