Liked: The staff! They were all very helpful and nice. Specially Santiago, who helped me with my bags.The hotel in general, I like it a lot and the breakfast, very complete.
Disliked: I would extend half an hour the breakfast time (up to 10.30am).I would put a net in the balcony of the Florida restaurant to avoid pigeons and birds flying all around chasing for food (it’s very annoying and disgusting).I would add a place to stay working near the pool without having to consume something. Maybe the balcony from Florida restaurant.

Fun stay decent hotel
Liked: The location was good. The beach was lovely - so was the pool. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly enough.
Disliked: The beach chairs on the beach were far too few for the numbers at the resort! There were maybe 80? The resorts on each side had 300 hundred or so. And what they did have was in marginal shape - some broken and kinda gross. Parking was supposed to be available for 50$ a night no reservations needed - well when we arrived- the parking was full! I asked at the front desk and the lady pointed - 3 blocks north - like okay… no actual direction - fortunately the valet gave us the address of the AC hotel which was two blocks south and frankly cost us 35 for the first 3 nights then 30 for the last - with in out privileges. The hotel was nice but not the same as many of the rius we’ve visited in the past. It was okay but for the price, not super amazing.

Overall we had a good...
Liked: The hotel was in a great location close to a lot of restaurants. We loved going to the pool and then to the beach .
Disliked: When we initially checked in to the hotel it took a very long time to check in because the guy was the trainee. Honestly there was no one else available to help him. Also he gave us the wrong wifi password. But we were very patient with him. I asked the staff for a brunch recommendation, since it was pass the 1030 am cut off time for breakfast . The front desk guy looked at me and recommended the starbucks nearby. I did not come all this way to Miami for starbucks. We ended up googling a great place walking distance. The breakfast buffet was not the best. I have had better breakfast at other places. I only recommend the breakfast if you are traveling with young kids and you dont need to go find food in the morning. Also if you want to go to Brickell, or Bayside marlet place its about 30 min away from the hotel.
