Disappointing as we were charged...

Liked: Location Grab and go shop
Disliked: No toiletries in the roomNo tea/coffee making facilities in the room even when requested at the time of booking No slippers provided ( was told we could buy them for $ 15!!! Absolutely ridiculous as the room charges are quite expensive). For a 4 star hotel the facilities were appalling .. more like a 2 star hotel Will not book with this chain of hotels again

Awesome birthday celebration. Will return

Liked: Beautiful, modern property very clean with nice rooms. Staff from checkin to housekeeping and door people were super friendly and helpful. We had a king bed and sleeper sofa on an upper floor and it was quiet, clean and modern. Typical smaller rooms but this is NYC. The location was perfect from the quick walk to broadway and subway. The elevator at times was busy but when there are that many people in NYC that is to be expected.

Superb

Liked: Very comfortable room. Great location!
Disliked: Fire alarm went off around 5:45 AM. We weren’t sure that’s what it was and couldn’t reach the front desk. About 5-10 minutes later an announcement came through saying to disregard the alarm. We were in the 46th floor so we needed to understand what was happening.

Liked: Good location & good food
Disliked: I was arranged for the room next to the stage and staff made a lots of noise at night time even it was 11 to 12 pm.
