Impressive hotel, excellent experience!

Liked: The hotel is very central, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. The building is very impressive, with excellent decoration in lobby and restaurant. We had a renovated room on 9th floor with view at the plaza España. Everyday cleaning service and breakfast with a big variety of food and drinks. Very friendly lobby stuff. The access at the rooftop bar is free for hotel guests and the view from the glass balcony is ideal for photos.
Disliked: There are no slippers in the room. Towels and linen changing after request.The hotel is enormous and there is some waiting time for breakfast. Also the breakfast stuff is quite rude, especially in the egg corner, and no English speaking.
