Liked: Great accomodation in central Berlin, close to the Ubahn with good parking, clean and woth nice personal. We enjoyed our stay there. If I will go to Berlin again I will stay in this hotel.

Great choice in Berlin city...
Liked: Clean, nice rooms and comfy beds. Excellent breakfast and friendly professional staff. An extra star for the best glutenfree buns and croissants that were provided for celiacs. Highly recommend this hotel! Would have been a 10 if it wasnt for the garage.
Disliked: Note the garage is quite hard to drive in, very narrow entrance for each floor and you need to drive 12 floors up. Not suitable for beginner drivers or very large cars..

Disliked: I would like to provide feedback regarding my experience during breakfast at your hotel. One of the staff members a tall, slim white woman around 40 years old with short blond hair and glasses ,approached me and asked if I would like a coffee. I responded politely, “yes, please,” but she then told me, in a rude tone, that I could go and get it myself.What I found upsetting was that I saw the same staff member personally serving coffee to several other guests at their tables. This inconsistent and dismissive treatment left me feeling uncomfortable and unfairly singled out. I had not even asked for coffee, it was offered to me, so I was especially surprised by the tone and response.Clear communication and consistent, respectful service are essential, particularly in hospitality. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and use it to ensure all guests feel equally welcome and respected during their stay.
