Disliked: We didn’t stay there and were told we would get a refund, nothing has happened. It was so run down and felt unsafe we were not prepared to have our family group stay there. Booking.com is usually so reliable, might need to make sure we take a closer look.

I would not recommend this...

Liked: The location was the only nice thing.
Disliked: There was no full kitchen in my room, only a fridge and mikrowave (differently advertised). Furthermore the blanket was so thin, it was neccessary to use the electric heater in the night, which was extremly loud. Almost no privacy, because the walls were so thin. It was also not really clean: there was hair laying around... I didn't have access to warm water for the whole stay, and there was no price reduction or anything, even though I tried talking to the manager and wrote an email, I didn't get an answer.I would not recommend this accommandation and would not stay there again, because I felt so uncomfortable

Disliked: There was no running water cold or hot in the shower/bathtub, No hot water in either sinks, neighbors were very annoying loud and rude. A dog barked half the night the last day we stayed. My pillow smelled like cigarette smoke, no fan or ventilation in the bathroom. the TV had one station that you could watch, the internet was terrible. would not ever stay there again. Too many homeless people hanging around. The carpets outside were filthy, ash trays completely full and I am not a smoker!In my opinion this place should be shut down until they clean it up!!!! Like where do you get a Motel room without a running water for tub or shower.totally disgusting few days there.

Disliked: Too many people smoking near the entrance of doors, noisy during the night, poor customer service.

Superb, would eefinitely recommend.

Liked: Amazing location, friendly staff, they even stored my luggage for a couple of hours after check out, so that I could easily walk around the Falls.
Disliked: The bathroom could’ve been a tad bit cleaner, but that’s a minor inconvenience.
