Ritz Stay

Liked: Comfortable beds.accomodated lower floor .Young lady that checked us in was polite and gave us kettle and cups when we asked.Mini fridge cold and microwave available. Ac worked fine.Could do with some updates but good value for a short stay.
Disliked: No jacuzzi on first floor, tub had dirt ring. Smell in room. No Coffee maker. Tv stations glitched pretty bad. Pay 10 dollars plus tax for parking.

DON'T GO HERE

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: COCKROACHES. Dirty. Cracks in sink, broken door. Hot tub was smaller In my room than my friends room and we paid the same price.

Don't go to this hotel...

Disliked: The hotel was LOADED in cockroaches badly. In my room and my son's room. I have lung problems and heart problems, and I asked if this location had bugs, and I was told NO. My son could not sleep or his girlfriend, and he was not able to get the rest he needed for his 3-day fight due to the bug infestation. I spoke to the office, and she said to me oh we did a treatment on it before you both got your rooms we were lied to."""" I have been coughing so much today. My lungs are hurting so much that I have to book off work tomorrow and see my lung specialist. My sons girlfriend also got bit on her face. we are assuming they have bed bugs also as we were all very itchy and all have what looks like a rash.I will never book a room off booking.com again. I can't trust this site either for now on. I will bring a tent and sleep at a campsite . I'm a heathcare worker, and I know what an infection from bed bugs looks like, and she definitely has a reaction to it. 2 bad experiences now with booking.com I will not make the mistake a 3rd time. Also asked for some toilet paper and was given a less than half roll for paying almost $300 for each room. I think they would provide a full roll, not a used semi roll 🤔

Horrible experience of my life...

Liked: Well where to start and where to end all my story which happened in this holidays with me I already paid room
Disliked: rent & when I try to check in the staff says you must paid $150 CAD in advance for security deposit which booking.com doesn’t say to there customers when they booked the hotel plus the room was with no hearting then I need to report them which they are not available you must call then on there number then if if they pick up then they should help you the room which they offer me 112 it’s main room have gaps all cold is coming in plus the bathroom have a sticker on the glass and someone sticker is tears off which allow outside person can see who is taking bath then I complain that so they bring the towels to cover that , they taken $150 CAD deposit but they give you no proof of this money why they taking it just all goes variable now the main in booking.com the hotels in Canada offering parking which is this I day parking is $10 CAD for 2 days $20 CAD PLUS Tax which make price up $23.85 what is this going on they are eating you and your money and they says we charge everyone like this because you already booked the hotel now you are standing in front of them you have no choice to go anywhere you must pay this by any cost otherwise you are losing your room place location/// but as a friend I tell you $5 car parking is available all over the Niagara Falls just drive all the main area you found it all Canada is empty for parking place these hotels are killing you to get money form you which is shameful behaviour form hotel and booking.com doesn’t know plus I complain to booking.com nothing happens

My fault for not checking...

Liked: Was what I expected in regards to quietness
Disliked: Some of the staff not very nice and room was full of dust everywhere especially under the bed in the bathroom the air conditioning unit … not very clean
