We love staying at the...

Liked: We love the pool, and Spa. Unfortunately, the trip we take every year doesn't get us there in time to use it much as we get there between 9:30 and 10:00 and would love it if the pool area was open until 11:00. There needs to be an update made to the message on the television that states Petals is closed for renovations. Had I not called the desk to ask about it, we may have chosen to eat somewhere else.
Disliked: Not so much that we didn't like it, but the bare uncarpeted floor in room 507 was a bit cold. We understand that it probably is much easier to keep clean and sanitary so no real complaints. Our room, was an adjoined room and we could hear conversation on the other side of the door. Better sound-proofing there might be advised, but again...not complaining.

Liked: Room and bath clean and bed comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing unsatisfactory for my stay was the key card did not work in the outside entry closest to my room.

Liked: The bed was amazing, room was neat. There is also a convenient restaurant just in the lobby. There being a shuttle service within a 5-mile radius of the hotel was also cool since I didn't have a car. I'd say I got my money's worth.
Disliked: Only 1 thing I guess and that was the shower pressure wasn't that high and that the water keeps spilling onto the bathroom floor, but at least it dries up the next morning.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was safe. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The hotel has an old feel to it. The room had a very strong musty old smell (but it was clean). We were only there for one night, so we just sucked it up and didn't complain about it. The beds were small - full-size beds when most hotels now have queen-size beds. The desk chair was broken, which the staff kindly replaced, however, the replacement also was broken.
