Very good

Liked: The bed was amazing, room was neat. There is also a convenient restaurant just in the lobby. There being a shuttle service within a 5-mile radius of the hotel was also cool since I didn't have a car. I'd say I got my money's worth.
Disliked: Only 1 thing I guess and that was the shower pressure wasn't that high and that the water keeps spilling onto the bathroom floor, but at least it dries up the next morning.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was safe. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The hotel has an old feel to it. The room had a very strong musty old smell (but it was clean). We were only there for one night, so we just sucked it up and didn't complain about it. The beds were small - full-size beds when most hotels now have queen-size beds. The desk chair was broken, which the staff kindly replaced, however, the replacement also was broken.

Good stay but customer service...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, my daughter had fresh fruits and hot breakfast are served in the morning. Breakfast is bot included with hotel stay but it was worth it. Restaurant staff was very friendly, very approachable. My room was very clean and quiet able to rest from long drive.
Disliked: Front desk service can be better, Sandy was at the front desk, not friendly. She cuts off what i was saying and at check out she just handed receipt without looking at me but rather one statement, "here" . First impression is based on how welcoming the hotel is but i didn't felt that at all

Liked: We really enjoyed all of the amenities, sauna, hot tub, pool, etc. Bar/lounge was fun for dinner and drinks. Lovely landscaping on the grounds. Thanks for a great stay!
Disliked: N/A
