Excellent place to stay, even...
Liked: Unexpectedly got an upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. Room and bed were very comfortable, as was the parking. Didn't take advantage of any of the amenities, though.
Disliked: We were actually on a visit to the Univ of Rochester, so this hotel wasn't too close, but it was still an easy drive.

Liked: It's in a good location and the beds are comfortable.

Perfect location for the medical...
Liked: The location, the staff was helpful. Petals was amazing!
Disliked: The furniture was very worn/torn/tarnished. Door was peeling and scratched up. Bathroom shower didn’t have hot water, and faucet had a leak. Air/fan would not work throughout the night. Went to use the pool, hot tub and sauna at 8:48 pm and was informed they were closing at 9, after just calling the front desk and being told it was closing at 10. Never got to make use of it. Now the pending charge is over what I was supposed to pay.
