Rim Rock Motel

So bad we didn't stay.

Disliked: We looked at the room and left without checking in .

The guy who checked me...

Liked: Cozy and quiet. Coffee maker didn`t work but there was a place nearby that had coffee.
Disliked: A better coffee maker

Decent Motel but overpriced and...

Liked: Room was clean & generally in good working order. Electric wall heater put out lots of warmth that my dog, sleeping on the floor, LOVED. Located just north of town, walking distance to most everywhere. Quiet; no road noise (and no other guests). Comfortable bed.
Disliked: First, the motel owner imposed surcharge to use a credit card that was not disclosed on Booking and I believe violates booking's policies. I had to challenge that portion of my charge with booking & my credit card company to recover it.Second, there are too few AC plugs in the room so had to unplug some devices (including the noisy refrigerator) to make other devices work.Third, the motel was pretty expensive for an older place in a small town. I gather that the current owner just bought the rather large motel together with the apparently now-closed restaurant next door and has to make a go of it. Still, uncompetitive if you can travel another 60 miles.

Awful establishment that Priceline should not do business with.

Liked: Staff gave away our room despite a reservation. Extremely rude staff and didn't even apologize for overbooking and lied to us saying "I don't have the reservation."
Disliked: Keep reservations and don't lie about giving people's rooms away.

Liked: The bed and pillows were very good quality and very comfortable. Very clean room.
Disliked: Shower curtain is to light and it sticks to me while showering. But I'm sure the owners while address this and fix it.

Liked: Ive stayed here before. Always enjoy the property. Folks always nice. Basic conditions but good
Disliked: This time no internet they told me. Ok, but that meant no cable too. Ok, got holes in my towels???? Ok,stayed two nights, no room service so no bed made up, no cleaning, no garbage emptying??? Ok, perhaps that is how they manage the rooms. Ill still come back because I like it over the other options in town. It works for me but things may be slipping. Maybe I hit a bad time in staffing. Still like the folks there and the location.

Liked: Location was convenient. Seemed to be a well maintained motel.
Disliked: Bits of chips on floor behind headboard. Heater in bathroom rusty and wasn't working.2 extra pillows would be nice.
