Lack of information and communication
Liked: The location is very good, close to the center and attractions
Disliked: It seems like a place with potential, but needs to fix lots of things.First, would walk around or near the door to put my phone my phone to charge, and floor would make a loud sound of wood, every step (not a big problem tho just quite annyoing)What was a big problem was the lack of information and miserable communication, really needs more effort.From all hotels and hostels/guests houses i ever been, they would give me all or mostly information by text when the time of check in get close, so if the check in starts at 2pm, i would be getting it before 2pm.It was almost 20 past 2, no one would text back, pick up the phone or nothing, then i just get a text saying the check in was in a bar (quite weird to be honest). Alright, bar was next to it, but still i was pretty lost, the woman behind the bar asked if i needed anything, so i show her the text and she looks more confused than me, but then she went inside and came back with a paper, envelope, etc.They could inform before that the check in is at the bar, so i wouldn't be outside in the freezing cold with heavy bags waiting.She tells me about the deposit, and alright, I ask if she could go to the bedroom, because usually someone walks you in the bedroom.to show where and HOW it is, if anything is wrong BEFORE you get in, because what if something was broken and i went back to tell her and she put the fault on me? Could happen, and would of. That thing you put the higyenic paper was broken, always falling, but i only saw it later, but decided to not say anything.But what was worse was my check out, I spoke to them before about 3 times to confirm I could do a early check in at 5am, all the times (different people) said yes, and that I just had to call a number and they would go there meet me, see the room and give the deposit back. Called then about 14 times, texted them since 4am and absolutely nothing.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Couldn't get a hold of reception on the 24 hour phone number that is on all the walls in the hallways. Rang about 15 times from 9am to 11am no answer. Had to then walk 4 or 5 doors down to ask for fresh towels over a speaker which then didn't arrive for over an hour and a half.

Liked: Nice Staff James and Katie.James Stored Our Cases til We Checked In. Bed Nice and Comfortable.Bathroom Looks Lovely With the White Tiles. Good Mirrors in Room and Bathroom.Paul Was Very Helpful on Check Out.
Disliked: The Room Was Tight Around The Bed.No Lamp by the Bed.No Bin in Room. The Door For Private Entrance Was Dodgy.Room 1 Needs Lamps and Bin.

Liked: Brownlows Inn is central to all the attractions in Liverpool I stayed with a friend and we would stay there again, thank you to the very helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing
