Liked: The location was okay. Friendly staff!
Disliked: Dirtiness!Dirty linens with stains and someone's hairs! (There were black, white, and gray hairs in both the linens and towels.) The window in the room doesn’t work, it’s almost broken, so when it’s open, you fear it might fall on your head! Internet connection is very poor! Plus, construction work in the hotel, including testing the fire alarm system starting at 10 in the morning!

Poor location, overpriced and dirty

Disliked: Poor location, overpriced and dirty. They put us in a room below what we paid for and blamed it on overbooking. We had to pay to upgrade because we couldn’t stay in the filthy rooms with dirt in the baths and aircon that doesn’t work.

Overall it was good, but...

Liked: The fact that the staff were responsive to our request. When we asked to change the room, they were quick and they satisfied our request.
Disliked: When I was checking in, the staff did not inform me that the room I was assigned had malfunctioning air-conditioner. The first night of stay was unbearable, I could not sleep and was really tired the next day. And when I went to the reception complaining about it, I found out that they had known about this. Why didn't they inform me right away?
