Disappointing

Not the best place to...

Liked: The best location if you plan to visit not only Florence but also Siena or Pisa because it's close to the trian station, bus station and close to the city center. A big spacious room with comfortable bed and big enough bathroom.
Disliked: Old air condition - works but after a longer use water starts dripping. It's also not very well soundproofed and you can hear people talking loudly in the corridor, and at night when they go to the bathroom they wake up by slamming the door.

Passable

Disliked: It wasn’t clean, bedsheets were stained… Room has it’s bathroom but it’s apart from room, you have to walk trough hallway in order to use the bathroom.

It was a lovely stay...

Liked: High ceilings, good location, historic building. Access to a shared kitchen and ac.
Disliked: The lift is small and requires a few steps so fyi if you need something fully accessible.

Unacceptable

Liked: breakfast, though offsite was good.
Disliked: We booked a private bathroom and the room left for us to stay in didn't have a private bathroom. We arrived at the hotel at 4 pm, there was no one there to instruct us, except another guest. There were only two rooms left, we were not instructed what room was ours and the guest said everyone staying there just picked a room. When I booked the hotel room I specifically requested parking. The parking was 1 mile away and cost $35.00. Totally unacceptable.

The most awlful experience!

Liked: This was one of the worst stays I've ever experienced. The room was small and unimpressive, but what truly ruined everything was the so-called “bed.” It was nothing more than a worn-out, broken camp bed with damaged wooden slats that kept crashing to the floor throughout the night. We didn't sleep at all — we spent the entire night wide awake, exhausted, and frustrated. There was no one around to help, no option to replace the bed, nothing. It was a disgrace. We paid to be treated like this? Frankly, they should have paid us to stay there.

The employee was polite and...

Liked: There was no breakfast. The location is good.
Disliked: A bathroom in the bedroom. The kitchen was poorly maintained needs decoration.
