Nice location, nice price. The...

Liked: Location. Price.
Disliked: Shabby conditions. Unfinished drywall repairs, needs paint, Curtains did not cover windows. Curtain dragged on floor/dirty. Lights did not function properly. Shower head needs to be replaced. Refrigerator did not function properly.
