Unfortunately we will not stay...

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: The room was not easily accessible. We had a disabled person with us and there was no disclosure that the room did not provide handicapped accessibility. It was very difficult to get up and down the many stairs.

Disliked: There was no air conditioners, In the morning there was no electricity, It was horrible. I'll never go there.

Exceptional

False Advertising, no private hot...

Liked: The gorgeous view! Having a full kitchen is always nice.
Disliked: False advertising! The room does NOT have a private hot tub OR pool. The modern building in the photos is a separate building a bus ride away where the guests here are allowed to use the common swimming pool. This building is very old and, while clean, shabby rather than rustic. I booked this room specifically for the aquatic amenities and am truly disappointed. The hot tub (for all of the guests) is on the roof. The view was wonderful! Too bad the hot tub was cold and full of bugs. The patio area was in disrepair and generally depressing. When I returned to the virtual front desk and brought this false advertising to their attention, she said it was Booking's fault and they needed to fix the listing. Shameful. If you look at the other reviews in the past, there are several that mentioned this exact problem going back over the past year. As to the staff. The virtual agent was a bit odd, but it worked. If I needed something during my stay, I had to call repeatedly, and when answered, they were courteous but not too helpful. There is no air conditioning! No ice machine on the premises!

Liked: The view is great
Disliked: Apartment was super hot and thermostat was broken, took the staff a whole day to check it and it still wasn't fixed. Bathtub was closed and also was not fixed. Description didn't mention that the pool and other amenities were a 10 min drive away from the Apartment

Great experience, so excited to...

Liked: The view was exceptional. I liked the no staff on grounds, but that they were available 24/7. The stay felt very private. The rooms and sheets were very clean. I'd liked being able to use the fure place.
Disliked: The mattresses weren't to my liking, but that could be personal preference. Too firm for me.
