Disliked: Had to wait over an hour after check in time to get in room. Room was not cleaned. Many others had same problem. Excuse was it is Canada Day weekend? They put a $200.00 charge on my card when I booked. The put another $200.00 charge on my card when we checked in. How many times does my card need to be verified. This is on top of cost of room. There was no plug in sink or bathtub. Tv wouldn’t turn on then couldn’t turn off, finally unplugged it.
