Disliked: Very poor. Not clean. Bed linens were dirty. No facility for drinking water. We had to purchase water. Refrigerator was not functioning. Bed was super uncomfortable. One of the rooms phone was not working. Never ever coming back.

Disliked: He charges us twice online even at the hotel there was no option for us to not to pay because it was already 10 O clock in the evening

Good location, reasonable price for...

Liked: Convenient to the airport and a short distance to the tulip festival and parliament buildings.
Disliked: We had to put a sign on the door to have the bed made. The towels and garbage were refreshed daily but after the first day of the bed not being made we put the sign on the door and everything was fine after that.

Disappointing

Liked: Room cleanliness is ok
Disliked: The breakfast didnot meet the standards expected from your description while booking the hotel in your side. We booked almost 18 members and went for break fast. The food options were extremely limited, the quality/quantity was poor and several items were not replenished even during peak hours. This was especially frustrating as the breakfast was advertised as highlight of the stay. Almost 50% of our group (9 members) dont have muffin ,milk and other items.
