Not that cheap but it...

Liked: Convenient, quiet location and pleasant staff.
Disliked: Breakfast offerings were pretty minimal. My bedding was not changed for my entire six-day stay and a couple of times I had to ask for clean towels. My trash was emptied after my first night then not again for the rest of my stay. My room was located right next to the office and I was unable to get a restful sleep due to the fact that they did laundry all night long on a couple of nights. It was also noisy when they prepared to open the office for breakfast. Lastly, the bed was too soft and lacked support, making it very uncomfortable.

Disliked: Not very clean room and washrooms. Basic stuff in rooms

Liked: I liked the outdoor area, there were some chairs under the trees and it was very cozy. But maybe you should add more benches or picnic tables to add more to the vibe.
Disliked: It smelled bad when I opened the door, and the AC was turned off. It looked like there was no shower head.
