Rabble stay.

Liked: Victoria was really nice and helpful. She carried our suitcase up in her arms to the 2nd floor as if it wasn't there. I have arthritis and joint problems.
Disliked: Tea bags were not replenished daily. The cups were too small for my liking. A mug would have been better .I drink a lot of tea.

Good,but not that Good

Liked: Location,staff were really helpful and curtious,food was excellent
Disliked: Dissapointed with the room especially for the amount we paid

Beautiful hotel, would highly recommend

Liked: Was lovely, room was spacious, beds were very comfy. Staff were excellent. Food and drinks in restaurants was great.
Disliked: Nothing

Not a boutique hotel in...

Disliked: This is not a boutique hotel. This is a budget hotel calling itself a boutique hotel to charge ridiculous prices for their rooms. The room was tiny and barely fits the bed. Constant noise all night, including banging and shouting in the corridor right outside out room at half three in the morning, completely unacceptable for a place that charges over £200 a night. The bare minimum expected from a hotel is to get a night's sleep! Spent the entire holiday shattered due to no sleep with staff at the hotel completely unconcerned about how your stay is. They were literally not interested at all in whether we were happy or not.Probably the worst nights sleep we've ever had staying away and overcharged for the privileged.We stay away most weeks, and for the money they charge, we're usually in a large suite with attentive staff. My advice would be don't waste your money on what is nothing more than a budget city hotel with hiked up prices.

Liked: Excellent location staff very polite very clean nice added extras coffe machine and wine
Disliked: Noise in the bedroom a constant low humming noise all night ,despite us being on the third floor we were at the back of the hotel we could hear the revellers leaving the bar throu out the evening.Maybe treble glazing would fix the noise from outside

Liked: The location was great, and the restaurant was amazing. Staff was very attentive and helpfull.
Disliked: Rooms were a little small, and beds were too hard.
