We had a comfortable stay...

Liked: We travelled for work. The location was convenient and the service was friendly and efficient. Lunch at the bistro was lovely.

Everything was great except for...

Liked: The location was good and the room very comfortable. Bistro meals were lovely. Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms comfy except for the noise.
Disliked: The noise at night was ridiculous, it was so loud so late. I had early morning games so got very little sleep. Also they advertised happy hour but very poor.

Good location and great staff!

Liked: Convenient location and good food. The staff was amazing and super friendly.
Disliked: They have parties on Saturday night and you can hear the music from inside the room. If you’re a light sleeper it will be hard to sleep. Our kettle also had water in it still when we checked in.

Liked: Clean, large room, nice bed, good size fridge Friendly staff
Disliked: Would have been good at check in, if staff let you know that the doors close by to the rooms would be locked at a certain time

Noisy

Liked: The room was quaint and central to everything in Richmond.
Disliked: Being accommodation was attached to a pub I expected some noise but wasn’t expecting a nightclub going until 3am which I was not informed about. Thumping doof doof music and patrons being very noisy outside of my room resulted in very little to no sleep that night

Pleasant

Richmond and the Richmond Inn...

Liked: Location was excellent. Close to a shopping centre. room was very good. Shower great. We used the bar and the restaurant. Food was good and it was reasonably priced. We even decided to stay an extra night.
Disliked: Towels could be a bit thicker.

Would have been great except...

Liked: The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower was great. Staff were lovely and location in town is close to everything.
Disliked: The blind didn’t block out lights from the car park and there was no window covering at all on the window above the door so the room was very light at night. The room was also quite noisy, music from the pub went until 2am then pub patrons cars leaving the carpark were noisy. Man with a leaf blower outside the room early every morning seemed a bit unnecessary too.
