Poor

Disliked: There was no mention beforehand that it would be a £10 charge to park our car overnight or that we would require ID to check in. When I asked about parking I was told it is because parking is limited, however ours was the only car in the carpark and out reg number wasn't even taken!

not happy did stay for...

Disliked: property was all under maintance anll the halls and lonnys were empty, windows was smashed sink was blocked all round looked like the place had been abandoned wont use again verry dingy
