Liked: We were welcomed by the lovely owner and we had a lovely drink outside on the patio areaThe room was lovely, clean and beds were comfy As we were travelling with our little one who usually sleeps with us we asked if they Had a bed guard so she could sleep in her own bed within 5 minutes we were given one Nothing was too much trouble the staff were amazing, Elizabeth had lots of hugs and made an impression as usual lol 🤣 🤣 Breakfast was beautiful every morning, the hotel is right by the play area splash park and a 5 mins walk to the swimming lake which was amazing 😍 4 minutes walk to weatherspoons and beach right opposite Can't fault this hotel or the owner or staff...We will definitely be back Thanks 👍
Disliked: Nothing not to like it's not a Travelodge or ibis or a usual hotel that's clinical lol We love the fact it was relaxed and welcoming and enjoyed this hotel more than any other in western

Liked: Excellent location with a few minutes walk of sea and parks .
Disliked: We were in a family room and it could do with a small fridge .

Friendly, helpful and well located

Liked: Staff were very friendly and could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel itself is literally minutes away from a play park and the beach. Perfect for families. Myself and my partner were very happy and will definitely be coming back
