Exceptional
Liked: I booked the hotel as a birthday surprise. The team were fantastic in terms of communication with making the booking perfect ( i ordered and paid for a few extras) Georgia checked us in and she was an absolute delight. My partner loves the venue and we even took away a wedding brochure! We will definitely be staying here again!

Disliked: A privacy door between the sleeping area and the sink would be beneficial

Superb
Liked: Been going to Richmond hill for 20 years but not since covid. The revamp is really nice and the staff were incredible. Should be a 5 star hotel
Disliked: Had to wait until 4pm for my room to be cleaned but that was just 1 day

Fabulous stay at Richmond Hill...
Liked: The staff were exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the bar area and restaurant.

Relaxing atmosphere which was needed.
