Nice short break, good facilities.

Liked: The location of this hotel is on a beautiful view point of the river Thames. Within walking distance of Richmond Park in one direction and Richmond town centre in the other. The hotel gym is very big with a good variation of equipment.

Disliked: There was hairs in the sheets from a previous guest! I have stayed here many times but never had this type of experience before. Very disappointing

Liked: Hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Richmond. Walking distance to everything. The room was lovely and comfortable and perfect for our weekend away. The breakfast was delicious served in the lovely restaurant. Very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them
