A place to stay by...

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Right by the river but takes no advantage of that. No shade anywhere near the property. No elevator.

Disliked: I've asked for an invoice for my stay, they have not provided one yet. Said they could not find it in a response to my email.

Hotel is okay staff made...

Liked: The bike rental and location is the best part.
Disliked: Had an issue with my keys for my room and had to spend an hour going back and forth with the staff to get a new card and get it fixed. The gentlemen at the front desk thought I was stupid and told me I was using it in the wrong floor at first.

Liked: Lobby is very nice. Room was good.
Disliked: The exterior needs some upgrades. Crumbling concrete, chipping paint, rotting wood.

less then expected

Liked: did not eat breakfast
Disliked: There was a loud argument about 2 to 3 A M ... shouting, sounded like threats. Not a comfortable feeling to hear that right outside your room. Parking was free, however I requested no stairs / steps and although there is a ramp it was quite a long walk to get to the ramp and back to the room. The closest parking was posted for others, we were not allowed to park close.
