If they revamp I would...

Liked: Beautiful location ! Building and grounds were outstanding . Staff could not do more to help , professional and friendly .
Disliked: The spa is not good , very small and not much , didn’t help the 1 steam room was not working . The inside of the building was very tired ! It does not match the grounds or the outside of the building at all . Basic rooms . The breakfast was not great , poor ingredients ( bacon & sausage ) however again the breakfast room was lovely and staff were so helpful .

Liked: Stayed 1 night mid week for a birthday treat. Was upgraded at small extra charge to family sized. room with woodland windows above conference hall. The view into woods was a treat with deer grazing outside my window. The dog loved his stay in this room and was allowed in the bar cafe areas.
Disliked: The jacuzzi and steam room weren’t working. The indoor pool is tiny. Not much choice of vegan food or non alcoholic drinks(we are unable to drink alcohol due to health and there was no non alcoholic wines on offer). Cant take dogs in restaurant.

Liked: The place and the building from the outside.
Disliked: Forget the pictures that they advertise. The reality is very diferent.The room was really horrible, like holocaust inspired, cheeply made by IKEA and plastic, and all falling apart. The bathroom is like from the horror movie, dirty, when showering, the floor is full of water. In the corridors, very dirty carpets and so much dust everywhere. The spa needs renovation ASAP and cleaning.

Liked: Beautiful building and grounds. Spotlessly clean and the staff are incredible.
Disliked: No pool drinks/food service and little view from the bedroom.
