Exceptional

Liked: It was a perfect beach hotel. The manager/owner was so friendly and helpful. The room was cute and clean. Breakfast was very nice - so many offerings. I walked everywhere. It is very close to the beach, and close to the Cliff Walk. Many restaurants are nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, cozy and clean,...

Liked: Very close to First Beach. No need to pay for parking or spend time in traffic, just walk over in fewer than 5 minutes.
Disliked: More of a suggestion than a dislike: I stayed in a first floor room facing the parking lot. A blackout curtain on the window in addition to the Roman shade would help with a feeling of privacy and to keep light out at night from the lot.
