Perfect value - perfect location...

Liked: I was really impressed - I booked the cheapest room as I was travelling for work - but the Studio room was more than comfortable. Fantastic location just a short walk to the TRAM which then opens up the whole Gold Coast for you to explore for Dinner etc. The room was well appointed with a great kitchenette and full laundry facilities in room. The rooftop entertaining area, gym, residents lounge, and pool area were amazing. Free Parking was also a massive win as well. Will absolutely return again.
Disliked: If I was going to be critical - they need to replace the ironing board in the room - the cover was paper thin to the point the metal was coming through and damaged a shirt as I was ironing - easy fix just putting a towel down over it but it could be replaced. Also the main facilities are only available from 7am to 10pm. This is fine for the pool but the Gym only being available from 7am made it difficult to use before heading off to work. Likewise I was excited to try and get a nice sunrise photo but the rooftop is also only accessible after 7am. Not a deal breaker but just wanted to note.
