Great place for a couple's...

Liked: I liked the facilities, the relaxing area with jacuzzi, gym, salt cave, sauna and tanning bed, and having it included in the reservation for one full hour only for you, is a great perk of this hotel, I enjoyed it. As well the room decoration and the view were both nice.The room was very clean.
Disliked: I didn't dislike anything, maybe the location is a bit remote but in my case it really didn't matter, we came by car and from Katowice is very close, so I didn't have any complications to arrive there.

Negative surprise

Liked: Beautiful hotel
Disliked: This is the first time I give a negative rating to a hotel. I am quite flexible and my wife and I can sleep almost anywhere, but unfortunately it was not possible in this hotel and the hotel did not even fulfill the basic feature of a hotel to have a sleep.I would like to say that your hotel is beautiful. A pleasant place with lovely surroundings.However, the services you provide, based on our experience, have nothing to do with a 4-star hotel. We stayed at your hotel during our return journey from abroad, having already traveled 400km. We arrived late in the evening. During check-in, we were not informed that there was an event taking place at the hotel that would disturb our room. However, during dinner, we realized that something was happening at the hotel. We still believed that a hotel of your quality would not dare to accommodate guests in a noisy room. After dinner, we went to bed in our room. Apart from the thumping music in our room, we were also disturbed by the sound of running water in the wall, which was intermittently audible.After two hours of futile attempts to fall asleep, I went to the reception and asked for earplugs so that I could sleep. Unfortunately, the reception did not have any earplugs because, as we were told, it was already past the wedding season. Subsequently, I requested a quieter room because it was truly impossible to sleep in the current one. After communicating with the receptionist, we found out that it was not water running in the wall but likely the cooling system. Additionally, there is a night light in the room that shines so brightly that we had to cover it because it was impossible to sleep with it illuminating the entire room. The receptionist then gave us a few new room to move to. Am I really a person who wants to walk around 3 rooms at half past mid night and find out which one si quieter? To our surprise, the new room was so loud that we could have danced along with the event below us.

Definitely recommend if it is...

Liked: Definitely pay extra for a garden view and take advantage of the one hour spa time included in your reservation. Friendly and professional staff. The garden is very beautiful. The spa really surprised us, it is very exotic. We really liked the idea that you have it all for yourself at a given time slot.
Disliked: Nothing!

A bit of luxury without...

Liked: The location by the highway is very convenient. The hotel is open 24hrs which is super important for me. The rooms are superb, worthy of real 4 stars and the garden is splendid to look at. I felt very very good.
Disliked: for this price nothing really.
